We proudly pour vinaigrettes handmade with 100% Extra Virgin Olive Oil, the medium your body needs to process the nutrients in your salad.  We also offer lean proteins to top your salad.

Portion Control

Our salads are sold by the weight.  You won’t be over-portioned because you decide how little or how much you’d like.  A modest amount of greens with four to five fillers, cheese and a  vinaigrette should cost around $5.

Nothing Normal

We like to call ourselves the anti-restaurant.  You  won’t find any carrots, broccoli, cauliflower, or ranch dressing.  We also do not serve soda. The caramels and sugars in soda distract the taste buds from the ability to taste, not mentioning the side effects of high fructose corn syrup.  We want you to enjoy the unique flavors of a Cava Greens salad.

Our food premise is simple ~ offer only fresh vegetables, fruits, grains, nuts, heart healthy fats and lean protein. Mother Nature dictates our menu. Our regulars know, what’s here one day may be gone the next.  So you know what you see here is fresh!
